We are at 15 Hristo G. Danov St. in central Plovdiv, near the Ancient Stadium and the Dzhumaya Mosque. The street is in the “Blue Zone” — you can pay for parking by SMS to short number 1332 with your car registration number.
It depends on the specific notarial act. For most cases you will need a valid ID document, and for property transactions the ownership documents and up-to-date certificates. Call ahead and you will get an exact list for your case.
Notarial fees are set by the Tariff of Notarial Fees under the Notaries and Notarial Activity Act and depend on the type of act and the material interest. You will be given clear information about the fees due before we carry out the act.
For quick signature or copy certifications it is usually not necessary. For property transactions and more complex documents it is best to call ahead so we can prepare everything and save you time.
